Once again, Ryanair with a great response to an incident.
Even though sometimes the service they provide may let some people down, they're still the cheapest and easiest way to fly in Europe. And they do great marketing, no doubt about that (who remembers the paid toilets and the tax for overweight passengers? fantastic).
It is true that you get what you pay for, but in my opinion you get a very good value for the money you pay (and yes, I've had a couple of situations with them too).
